Yes. To secure your rental, a deposit of 40% of the total cost is required upon contract execution. 30% is due 60 days from the executed contract. The final 30% is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Half of the initial 40% deposit can be refunded within the first 30 days if the contracted person has given written notice. The entire 40% deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days after contract execution.
